I had an absolutely excellent experience at Rad Air! I brought my vehicle in because I was having AC issues, needed brakes, and also wanted the transmission fluid changed. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and, most importantly, actually showed me what was wrong and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I never felt like they were trying to sell me services I didn’t need, which is something I really appreciate when dealing with a mechanic. The pricing was very fair, the service was excellent, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Rad Air to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy shop. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for future service. Five stars all the way!

I can’t say enough good things about Radair in Garfield Heights. Eric was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s not often you find someone who truly cares about their customers, but Eric made that very clear. On top of the excellent service, he was so thoughtful with my girls and even gave them cute teddy bears, which was such a sweet gesture they won’t forget. Those little touches really show the kind of person he is and the type of business he runs. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, and reliable service, I highly recommend Radair. Thank you, Eric, for making our experience such a positive one!

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the automotive repair services received at your Garfield Heights location. Over the past several months, commencing in November and continuing through the present, I have invested over $3,000 in maintenance and repairs for my vehicle at your establishment. Despite this substantial financial commitment, my vehicle has consistently experienced a multitude of unresolved issues. While I acknowledge that I have previously relied on your services, my recent experiences have demonstrated a marked decline in the quality of work and customer service. I recall a prior visit where I witnessed another customer expressing significant frustration regarding their service, an incident which, in retrospect, served as a concerning premonition that I unfortunately did not heed. My most recent interaction, involving a mechanic identified as Eric, was particularly troubling. During this service, I fully expected a comprehensive assessment of my vehicle, including the diagnosis and resolution of an illuminated "check engine" light. However, Eric later informed me that he was unaware of my request to address this critical warning indicat

Great service, great people! Eric is keeping our ancient Honda going without breaking the bank. He provides excellent advice on what repairs are critical and what can wait. I haven't had to use the warranty but it is reassuring to know it is there.
